What is Mimi reading?

I have just finished reading The Eye of the Day by Dennison Smith and really enjoyed it.  The author weaves a story around some very unusual characters.

The Eye of the Day is a masterly evocation of friendship and a profound meditation on the compromises exacted by life.

What is Abby reading?

I have been reading The Lost Sisterhood by Anne Fortier.

Her first novel, Juliet, was one of my all-time favourite books and is loosely based on Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.  In her new book, there is also a mythical, historical aspect, this time it is Amazonian women.  So far, it promises to be a fabulous read with all of my favourite elements; romance, adventure, travel and intrigue!
